Life & Mindset Coaching is a personalized, one-on-one experience where we dive into your true desires and work together to unlock and create the life you envision!
Massage Therapy
Offering therapeutic massage in Banff, Alberta that blends relaxation and targeted treatment. I use techniques like cupping, hot towels, and intuitive pressure to ease tension and support your body. Add-ons like energy work or card readings are available if you want to go deeper.
Note: Cupping + Graston tools are included if used during your treatment.
Energy Work & Card Readings
Whether you’re booking online or in-office, you can choose Energy Work sessions. Card Readings are available online only as a standalone service. In-office, they are offered as an add-on to your treatment. If you’d like to include a Card Reading with your Energy Work session, please message me so we can arrange it.
**IMPORTANT: Card pulls and energy work are not covered by insurance.

Energy work is a holistic practice that balances and clears your body’s energy field, supporting emotional release, relaxation, and deeper connection. Through gentle techniques, it promotes harmony, clarity, and an overall sense of well-being.
Massage Therapy & Intuitive Energy Work
Energy Work Add-On – $33
Take your Banff massage to a more grounded place with 15 minutes of intuitive energy work to calm your nervous system, clear the static, and realign your energy.
30-Minute Intuitive Add-On – $66
Take your Banff massage deeper with this expanded intuitive session—ideal for emotional clarity, energetic insight, and reconnecting with what’s really going on beneath the surface.
Massage Therapy & Three to Four Card Pull
Add intuitive clarity to your massage with a 3–4 card pull for insight and guidance.
**IMPORTANT: Card pulls are not covered by insurance and will be billed separately. (Massage treatments remain eligible for insurance coverage, depending on your plan.)**
